Background: Launching a New Retail Space
In April 2024, M2 Display worked with a Canadian designer on a full store customization project for a retail shop selling clothing anti-theft tags. The scope included a reception counter and wall display cabinets tailored to the store layout and functional needs. After working closely with the M2 design team, the final design and shipping details were confirmed. The entire process — from design to production — was completed in just three months, faster than the client had expected.
Materials & Functional Design Highlights
To meet the client’s preference for a cost-effective yet durable solution, we selected high-value standard wooden materials with a clean, professional look, suitable for retail environments.
– Main Material:
Fire-rated plywood with fireproof panel board or wood veneer surface + 6mm ultra-clear tempered glass.
– Display Area:
Multi-layer shelving and tempered glass partitions with smooth, polished edges, offering a clear view of the product.
– Storage Area:
Closed-door cabinets and drawers with layered partitions and hidden handles for a neat and organized finish.
– Skirting:
Brushed stainless steel kickers with no lighting, enhancing durability while maintaining simplicity.
This tailored design helped the client achieve a well-organized, professional retail space without exceeding their budget.

After the production of the display cabinets is completed, pictures and videos will be sent to the customers for inspection. Once confirmed to be correct, packaging and shipping will be arranged.
