How to calculate the design fee? I have a 10x10ft phone kiosk and a 1000 sq. ft phone store to design if I prefer your ready-made design of Official Apple store. | |||
| You can contact us directly to check it. like a 10x10ft phone kiosk in ready-made design, design deposit is only US$300. If 1000sq. ft phone store in ready-made design, it is US$500 ~ US$1,000 according to your store layout. | |||
What’ s the payment terms? Can I cancel it any time? | |||
| It is 100% payment before formal design. Design drawings is very special customized service. Design cost is NOT REFUNDABLE after payment confirmed & design starts. | |||
Do you offer any discounts? What’ s the meaning of design fee will be refund by 5% of goods cost? | |||
| Yeap, we offer 2%~3% discount when total costs over US$10,000 because our offer is realistic. Design fee will be returned by 5% of goods cost order untill 100% of the design fee are returned. | |||
I am not sure if 1~2 times of design edits are enough, if I need more edits, how much extra fee? | |||
| Usually 2 modification times are enough because of M2 team’ s detailed confirmation with pictures and professioinal notes before each step starts; Changes due to our understanding of errors will not be counted in the number of revisions. It also save clients’ time to get right design earlier. Anyway, if more edits needed especially over 30% difference edits, it needs the same design fee to start again. | |||
My store needs get mall’ s approval before formal order, and needs constructruction drawing in advance, how much is it? | |||
| Formal construction drawing is free after order confirmed, if it needs to make in advance, cost is 50% ~100% of the design fee accordingly. Because it is not just simple drawing work, but many communication & study needs to make them reasonable & practical. | |||

I have a 1000 sq. ft manicure store, how can I get a more accurate budget before formal design? | |||
| Our quotation range above are all based on 80sq. meters, around 860 sq. ft in 3 different standard for your reference. You may tell us the standard you like and a roungh store sizes with your favoriate styles, minimum qty of manicure stations, etc. Then our team will make a draft layout budget with related display units marked. | |||
What payment methods are available? Is it safe? | |||
| 50% deposit to start formal production, and 50% balance after HD production pictures/ video sent to QC before delivery by wire transfer. It can be paid through Alibaba Trade insurance (Money will be on held until your goods is delivered in time and arrive in good quality.) or our company bank account in China/ USA/ Canada/ UK/ EU which also needs to offer delivery proof to apply the money. What’ s more, all of our goods are covered with insurance (except for customers responsible for transportation). As long as you open the package and find any issues before signing and provide photo or video evidence, we will solve the problem to your satisfaction. | |||

How can those big store display cabinets be safely shipped overseas? | |||
| We already shipped hundreds of store work from China to worldwide, US, EU & African with mature safety control system. Firstly, we use appropriate packaging materials for international transportation to ensure that the display cabinets are not damaged during transit. Secondly, Full Container Load (FCL) Shipping from China factory to shopfront is highly suggested, which is the saftest delivery method in the world. Lastly, our goods are all purchased with insurance (except for customers responsible for transportation). As long as you open the package and find any issues before signing and provide photo or video evidence, we will solve the problem to your satisfaction. | |||
How are shipping costs calculated? | |||
| Shipping costs are very different, please send us city with zip to check. Normally 20ft container (for 15~25m³ goods ) is around US$3000 ~ US$4000 from Chiina factory to main parts at EU & US, local delivery & customs fee is around US$1500 ~ US$2500 according to distance between store & port warehouse. Tax is suggested to pay by client’ s side which can be returned during your daily business. Of course, if you can order a 40HQ container (50~60m³ goods), it is the most cost effective solution because just US$1000~US$2000 freight added, but delivery volume is at least 2 times and you may also add other small items to load together, like your store products, phone accessories, cosmetics package, even your personal home accessories from China. | |||
What is the installation process? How much is your installation service? Is installation guidance provided? | |||
